Agnieszka Wlaszczyk
Co-founder of the One2Two Foundation
I am the co-founder of the One2Two Foundation, and I am proud of this joint project with Piotr.
On a daily basis, I work as a consultant, trainer, and psychotherapist. For the past few years, as a Senior HR Business Partner and Learning and Development Lead at a software house in Wrocław, I was responsible for the strategy of development activities for nearly a thousand employees and contractors across Europe and Africa. Before I started working in HR, I spent many years as a sales and marketing manager in international corporations.
I have a solid formal education in English studies, management, and psychology. I recall my time at university as intellectually stimulating. However, it was only after participating in dozens of personal development workshops that I learned to be attentive to myself, trust the signals of my body, appreciate the richness of emotions, take risks with new behaviors, accept who I truly am, and simply be kind to myself. While working in workshop groups, I developed skills in expressing my needs, setting boundaries, dealing with frustration, collaborating, and confronting. In other words, I practiced essential “people skills” that are necessary for everyone, especially leaders. These skills pay off in my life every day. They allow me to make decisions more consciously. This gives me a sense of influence and fulfillment, both as a leader at work and as a person in my private life.
Professionally, I do what I know and love: I train, facilitate, mentor, and lead coaching processes (individual and team). In my work, I combine solid scientific knowledge with experiences, both personal as well as my client’s. This allows me to better understand people I collaborate with, encourage them to explore a broader perspective, and support their evolution into leadership roles.
Outside of my business activities, I also work both in person and online as a psychotherapist with a recommendation from the Institute of Integrative Gestalt Psychotherapy in Kraków. I am completing my certification process with the European Association of Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, most often in the Sudetes.
Piotr Żukowski
Co-founder of the One2Two Foundation
I am a co-founder of the One2two Foundation, a platform for sharing experience and supporting young IT leaders.
I also began as a young leader in IT, and fortunately, I encountered more experienced individuals along the way who were willing to share their knowledge and helped me with many decisions. Thanks to their support, I managed to complete several challenging projects.
II started over twenty years ago as a programmer. Then I was given a chance – someone believed that I could be a Project Manager. I believe this role shaped me. Managing teams, production, schedules, finances, and crises, often being caught between a rock and a hard place, provided me with solid foundations for working in business. The next stage of my career involved more strategic roles within the company: department director, business area leader. Today, I am a member of the management board of a joint-stock company.
In addition to management, I also teach because… I enjoy it. I like supporting people. It brings me great joy to watch them grow and develop. I act as a mentor, remembering that in my career path, I was fortunate to meet more experienced people who were willing to share their knowledge with me and offer advice on many project decisions. I’ve shared my own experiences by participating in mentoring programs organized by PMI.
I graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology with a degree in Software Engineering. I also have an economic background – a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Wrocław University of Economics, and a diploma in Management and Marketing from SGH in Warsaw.
In my free time, I try to spend it in nature. I have two dogs, with whom I run or walk in the forest. I enjoy exploring new countries and regions, even through short weekend getaways. My most recent discovery was Latvia.
