OUR

Values

one2two

When we started working on One2Two, we didn’t really know each other. It quickly became apparent how different we are as individuals, and how these differences enrich our shared project. Recognizing this, we intentionally sought out what unites us. It turned out that we are guided by similar values in both life and business, which serve as our compass – they provide direction when we face the new and uncertain. These values will also be the foundation upon which we develop our joint project.

01

First, FREEDOM

We believe that everyone has the power to choose, regardless of the external circumstances that may limit this privilege. Even if the world seems to restrict us, in our own consciousness, we remain free. This freedom allows us to make choices and take full responsibility for their outcomes. When working with clients, we encourage them to replace “I have to” or “I must” with “I choose” and “I decide,” empowering them to strengthen their sense of agency and courage as they take steps toward their chosen goals.

02

Second, COHERENCE

Coherence means that our thoughts, words, and actions are aligned, both in our own eyes and in the way others perceive us. By cultivating an integrated sense of self, we can engage with others authentically, creating mutual respect as “we.” By keeping promises to ourselves and others, we build credibility, which in turn strengthens our self-worth. In our work with clients, we explore how their personal attitudes impact the environments in which they operate and, more importantly, the goals they achieve.

03

Third, HONESTY

The foundation of our comfort in life is a sense of security in our relationships with others. Creating such constructive relationships relies on trust, and trust is built on honesty. A key aspect of our work is observing how open our clients are to giving and receiving honest feedback. As mentors, we encourage them to embrace the courage to be themselves: we speak candidly about situations and call things as they are. In the long run, this investment in honesty pays off greatly.

Fourth, PROCESS

Each of us is a process, and so is development. It’s important to respect this fact and avoid rushing if we don’t yet feel ready for change. It will come when the time is right. As mentors, we actively support our clients by asking meaningful questions and encouraging reflection. As their self-awareness and understanding of their surroundings grow, they begin to realize their potential and, step by step, take on new challenges with courage. We cultivate relationships where balanced action matters more than pressure. Can business results be achieved with this mindset? Yes, if they are grounded in a sustainable development strategy (ESG).
